1. Order & Fulfillment
By placing a reservation on Nooav, you are requesting a concierge-managed transaction. Orders are finalized only after verification by our curator and confirmation of payment via Fawran or Cash on Delivery.
2. Majlis Home Viewing
Home viewing requests are subject to curator availability. Nooav reserves the right to request proof of identity before dispatching a masterpiece to a private residence.
3. Returns & Refunds
Given the exclusive nature of our curation, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, pristine condition with all seals intact. Bespoke or personalized orders are final sale.
4. Limitation of Liability
Nooav acts as a premier lifestyle curator. We are not liable for incidental damages arising from the use of products once they have been accepted by the client during delivery.
